Dear Gurus, I am not sure where to post this, but this seemed a good place.
I am looking for a good VSTI Bass plug-in . I was really looking at Trillian, but after reading a few reviews, other than it sounds awesome it requires a lot of work to make it sound good and plus it requires a lot of hardware to work. And if truth be told, for the cost I would rather buy an actual bass guitar.
On the other hand I found a very little (and free) VSTi called 4Front Bass that is really cool and little cpu and memory is needed. However when I use it the bass line gets lost within the mix. It does however fatten the song as a Bass would but i would like if i could get the notes to be a bit clearer and can be distinguished.
Any recomendations? If the VSTi is Free or cheap the better. Or even maybe if you have any recomendations, perhaps EQ on the track or something?
