Help a digihead out (again)....turntable!

Please, help me. Again, I know nothing and I guess I need a turntable for LP to CD transfers. A suggestion of models, a turntable primer, maybe a shot to the head?

I like this one, but don't have $15,000

Whatever turn table you use, you'll need an RIAA preamp between it and any line input. Any old stereo tuner has one built into it.

how much you've got, then ?

you can find great used turntable from last century on e-bay for 20-50 bucks. Pioneers are cool imo.
... but wait to hear from turn-table heads... heH heh ...
