Hello?

Since Waldo's site is on the mend, I moved the new mix there.
So it's no longer available at:

http://home.adelphia.net/~drstawl

Just my latest stab into the realm of the lost chord...... "Waaah"

thanks to Track Rat & dobro for checking it out. I hope you got the version with the guitar.

>oh..the Roland GR-33 might be a cheaper solution that might work for you, btw

Nope.

It's the Axon Neural Net or nothing!!!!
Once you've played the rest- Play the Best!

>what would it sound like if the wolkvagon slammed into a bridge pillar? Would the tempo change?

I hope not, considering the Deutsche respect for things on time.
Musicians can even notate such a sick choreographical direction with some sort of Italian term and a calligraphical assignment.

The splattóne or something like that.... :)

It would be Red, of course.

No Hatless Men Covers So Far.

>and transpose those bass lines down an octave so you can play them up an octave for tighter tracking.

The Axon does that on the fly a string at a time- like you assign A & E strings to be a stand up bass two octaves down and D & G to be Harp down a perfect 5th. Etc......

Doc,

Loved it.

The guy answereing the phone cracked me up. He didn't seem at all angry that no one was there.

What might have made this even funnier, would be to have the music stop and the man just keep saying hello...hello in the same friendly maner, and just fade out.

I don't know if you were shooting for funny on this one, if not I sorry.

they all do that, to my knowledge...the gr33 too... What I meant was that the lower register strings WITH the gk2a sometimes lag a bit on some patches...so if you PLAY them an octave higher, AND then transpose them down(on your sound device), you have a work around...

btw...you're one weird piece of cake...
Like when you're mixing...do you have to ...well..ah...uhmm... red, huh??

I'm on mescaline in London. I'm looking for the Korova Milk Bar. I'm staggering on the sidewalk as my droogies up ahead approach a group of high school kids and prepare for a little of the ULTRA-VIOLENCE. A pay phone rings in my ear and I know it must be Christ...:D

Hey, Rats, it's just the mescaline talking. It ain't Christ, it's drstawl. Drstawl's less famous and three and a half times more musical.

drstawl - no, I didn't get the version with the guitar, and I was disappointed about that. So I clicked on a292d at adelphia and I got something entirely different which is all 'strange countries' at first, and which then has synth strings come in which make the strangeness beautiful. All in a minute, too.

I'm sure glad you're here.

Thanks- like I explained- I rotated the one with the guitar tracks to nowhereradio when upload services became available.
That one with the weird synth strings patch has some very bizarre chord changes.

rats- quick: grab it before the mescaline wears off and all you're left with is a milk moustache.

OK I admit it. I like weird stuff and now I have a new hero! Really cool tune man. Sounds like movie music right before the dolls' eyes suddenly open up and their little bitty cute little teeth start chompin'. You wouldn't want to sleep with the closet door open after listening to this. ;)

I liked it!

Classic Doc here...

Nice clean mix...I really liked the panning you did on it.
And you really nailed that vocal part! :D

Was much too short, but then again it is a "moment" piece.

This one also reminds me of a twice-divorced, alcoholic 45 year-old washed-up ballerina who has a migrane.

Cool as usual, Doc!

:D

Real cool and interesting tune, Doc... Too short! I liked it! Original and well recorded. I especially loved the patches and the stoic timing the song had. The panning was nice too!

I also listened to the jazzy tune you had up on NWR. Very nice!
