i recorded at cedar creek studio here in austin and fred used a frickin old piece of sh*t 50's black & white t.v. speaker to hear his mix....i mean literally he's got an old t.v. where when he's listening to the mix he runs it through
this shitty old t.v.'s single speaker...it was truly bizarre but worked for him
i guess...
i use crappy flat sounding headphones...i think they're sony dynamics...i've
been told you don't want any extra oomph in your headphones...so i stay away from powered phones...use the crappy ones..
