Alright I've tried both methods. Liv's gets me to be able to record and hear the prerecorded stuff but the only way to get it to record is to also use the ST OUT which causes bleedthrough.

Apl's method works for recording but I can't hear the prerecorded stuff.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong here? I don't know. Thanks for being patient as I'm starting to lose mine...any other suggestions? :(

how is your mix getting from the PC to your headphones?

Doesn't look like my previous suggestion will work for you, as unlike the 12/4, the 10/2 has no control over what signal goes to C-R Out. Looks like C-R Out just gets whatever is on the stereo bus.

Your best bet is apl's suggestion to use the inserts on channels 1 & 2 straight into your delta. Push the 1/4' mono plugs into the insert jacks to the first click only. Then outputs 1 & 2 from the delta into 2TR In. Now you're recorded and prerecorded signals will both appear in the phones, CR-Out, and St Out.

Also make sure you have Monitor Mixer selected in the Patchbay/Router tab on your Delta Control Panel

One thing you probably forgot was to use the AUX Fader on CH 2 so thats why you got bleed.

So CH 2 routed through the mixer. Instead of the AUX 1 (pre). If you use the AUX 1 nothing from the channel will go through the mixer. It will route right to the AUX 1 OUT. Also make sure that the AUX 1 is your only OUT. If you need to Monitor with your stereo go from Delta OUT to the INPUT on your Stereo.

If he uses the inserts first click does'nt it bi-pass the pre's?

Hope you get it working. Let us know thx.

See page 26 of the manual. The insert is post GAIN, post HPF (high pass filter or low cut) and post EQ, but pre LEVEL.
