The manual says Locate point 21 and 22 are the points to use. How the hell do you set them?

Press LOCATE SELECT on the front panel or the BRC and use the UP/DOWN arrows to move to the location position you want........... then hit SET LOCATE to store the "tape" position where you want it.........
