Having trouble loading the FirePod, Please help?

I Tried loading the FirePod this morning and was able to get to the step in the manual that says "Now connect your FirePod and turn it on." I did that, then the manual says "At this time the "Found New Hardware Wizard" will automatically appear." Well, it doesn't. Anyone know how I can resolve this problem?

Have your firewire ports been disabled or something?

No, Firewire ports are good.

Did you check in Bios to see if they were enabled?
