Pretty bright mic. I'd trim just a wee bit off the highs to tame that a bit. Not sure what frequency. Mix is right on balance wise. Great tune and great perofrmance. Modern sounding - a bit of Green Day in your voice.....

I'm not hearing anything odd, but I think the guitar chords and their echo is so strong that it is drowning out some of the finer instrumentation that is happening subtly in the background. I would back that off just a touch. This will also bring out the vocals a little, which would be a good thing.

I am listening on good quality audio mixing headphones.

I agree with rickidoo on the guitar level. Knock about 3db off it and give us another listen. No other complaints, I like the song and the performance

Thanks for the replies, I'm working on tweaking it. I'll repost when done.

Great tune and performance. Why not double time the bass at the end too? Give it some movement. I'm not sure you need both guitars?!?! Try a mix with the guitar on one side and the banjo on the other. Save some sonic space for the shaker. Just a suggestion, ya never know.
