Maybe this thread is somewhere else, but I couldt find it. Who on here has experience with Hard Disk Recorders? Which ones are better?? (Mackie, Korg, Alesis etc)???
Also does anyone have any problems with the built in CD-Rs or CD-RW's?
I am looking to buy one and dont know which to get. I want to stay between 800.00 and 1000.00 and want 24 track.
Also, why do they all seem to have only 8 inputs? Dosent that make it suck for live band recording, or do you just have to use the Subs out into the recorder instead of seperate channel/line ins.
