Hey fool #2. What in the world makes some freak on a BBS my friend? Why would I vote for him, just because he asked?

This is silly. If he said, 'check my music out and maybe vote for me if you think you like it' I would have been a little easier but it's STILL cheating, rigging, whatever. It's not honest and yes if I tried a lame dishonest peice of shit move like this one I would want someone to call my ass on it.

So yes....we (at least I) do treat people the way I would want to be treated.

He basically wanted everyone to vote for his song somewhere and added as an afterthought that you could also listen to it.

OK, it's clear now. I wouldn't have voted anyway.... It's all pure bull. Just like the charts on soundclick... most of the crap in the top 10 slots sounds worse than recording my 3 year old on an Radio Shack mic into a boom box... it's all download driven....

I wasn't trying to rig any contest... I would say I would have tried if I wouldn't have put the link to my songs... but I think i did... didn't I ?... hmmm refresh my memmory here please...

The original post I read did say vote for this if you like it or that's what I took it to mean, which is why I don't get you at all. How is that "rigging a vote" and why would you automatically vote for the competitor because of that? There's no reason.

It's rigging because you are not voting based on being a member of that community and hearing all the songs....duh.

It's like voting for president because your friend says to and never even looking at the other candidates.
