GT Pro question

When I copy a selected tracks out of a project and try to paste them into a new project, I often get the message

'The clipboard Audio format does not match the current Project format (Sample Rate or Bit Depth)'

My sample rate is 44Khz , bit depth 16. It's always been those values, never changed. The tossers at Cakewalk support wouldn't reply to the emails I sent them.

Any ideas?

Have you selected more than one track? Does copying track by track help?

It's intermittant.
Sometimes it works, and other times for some inexplicable reason, it doesn't

It really sounds like you have an "invalid selection" or something like that, like you have selected 4 tracks in one project and only have 3 tracks in the new project...
