Grid VIew??!!

Ok, here's another question that I have; I've finished recording the drum tracks on the project I'm workig on and now I'm going to go and edit them to fix any timing issues by copying, pasting, sliding, fading, etc etc but I thought that it would be much easier if I could see everything, in the track view, with a grid... sort of like seeing the piano roll for midi tracks, but for audio and maybe (hopefully) customizable so that I could see vertical lines for whole notes, quarter notes, eight notes, sixteenths etc etc... maybe triplets too... is there a way to do this with the almighty SONAR 2.0??!!

Nope, sorry. Not that I know of. Quarter notes only.

However, the Snap To Grid is somewhat helpful here. You can set that to finer detail.

That is definitely a big gripe I have with Sonar at the moment. I'm really hoping to see it resolved in version 3.

There's the 'extract tempo' thing but I could never get it up.
