 I don't understand? Death music? Like for funerals? Or when someone dies in a film? Or are you recording people dying? I'm confused. What are you trying to EQ? And why? And when? And in what capacity? And what for? And a whole bunch of other questions that equate to "I don't have a clue what you are talking about"

Coherant written sentences might help us understand...

i think the dude iss talking about death metal. But they do need to be a little more specific. Eq on what? Guitars? bass Drum? Cyymbals? Backup Vocals?

Ok here's my advice.

Guitars = Cut or boost the lows if its sounds good to your ears, or maybe cut or boost the mids if it sounds good, or the highs if that sounds good. Or maybe a combination if it if it sounds good. The cuts/boost should be somewhere between 20hz and 40khz. You might want to use some compression, but then equally you might not.

Bass = Cut or boost the lows if its sounds good to your ears, or maybe cut or boost the mids if it sounds good, or the highs if that sounds good. Or maybe a combination if it if it sounds good. The cuts/boost should be somewhere between 20hz and 40khz. You might want to use some compression, but then equally you might not.

Drums = For each piece, cut or boost the lows if its sounds good to your ears, or maybe cut or boost the mids if it sounds good, or the highs if that sounds good. Or maybe a combination if it if it sounds good. The cuts/vocals should be somewhere between 20hz and 40khz. You might want to use some compression, but then equally you might not.

Vocals = Cut or boost the lows if its sounds good to your ears, or maybe cut or boost the mids if it sounds good, or the highs if that sounds good. Or maybe a combination if it if it sounds good. For a whole track
Cut at 31Hz
Boost 2kHZ + 8kHz equally
Boost 16kHz a little.
& then.....
