Goodbye to my studio...

That would have been a long drive on a tractor back to N.H. :D

Yeah you should sell it with the house along with other pieces much like Mr. Henney of *Green Acres*

I just happen to have one of those out in the truck!

Sorry to hear about the move. Sounds like your house/property are even nicer than your studio. Happy wife = happy life :guitar:

Yeah--they are. I'm blessed. And I'm sure I'll be blessed wherever I land. To be honest--this could be the break into a bigger more commercial space. I do video for a living, and could use a nice "warehouse" type space for a video soundstage. If we sell the house and land for enough, we should be able to get a nice spot in a downtown high-rise with enough leftover for me to rent a chunk of a warehouse for video and audio. Been talking to my bosses at work, and they might even fund part of it just to have a cooler location to shoot our otherwise boring corporate videos.

Sometimes the silver lining is just as big as the cloud. I'm working to make this one of those times!

And you know, it's funny how once you make a decision, your eyes open up a bit to the logic of that decision.

In the past week alone, I've gone to two baseball games, one football game, one schmoozy cocktail party and one dinner--all within blocks of the area we plan to move to. I mean walking distance. Oh yeah--this Sunday I'm doing a 25 mile bike ride/fundraiser--you guessed it, it's right there as well.

In each case it was a 45 minute drive there in the early evening, and a 45 minute drive home late at night. So yeah, given our lifestyles, there'll be some real conveniences to living downtown.

Holy crap! I just saw the pics. I bow down to you. You sir, are a god among homereccers. The equipment alone is more than I aspire to, let alone the space. You must really, really, really love your wife. They'd have to have the swat team come to get me out of there. I'd die there, and have my ashes put into a lava lamp in the studio. (A Lava Grande, if Lt. Bob is reading this.)

What's the box on top of what looks to be a Blues Jr.? And is that a stock speaker in the Valve Jr. cab?
