Goodbye Song

Hey everybody, here's a demo I made this morning that I'd like to get some feedback on. I'm aware that the keyboard tone is laughably awful, I'm working with some very very rudimentary tools here and that's the most interesting tone I could come up with. The drums were recorded with just two mics as I only have a 2 input interface. Who has some insight on getting happenin drum sounds with just 2 mics? Any thoughts on the song/arrangement?

Just record two drums at a time. :laughings:

Try One over head and One kick. But you wouldn't have a stereo spread on the drums.

Considering what you used to record the drums, they sound pretty respectable, just understandably one-dimensional. Damn good song and performance. Guitars could come up a bit. You're off to a good start.;)
 
Can't help thinking Wolfmother. Go with reed organ for the keyboard.
