Reluctant Commander
Soundelux appears to be the company that does sound for several Hollywood productions, you see that name in a lot of movie credits.
Then in reading the fine print it said that Transamerica Audio Group, owner of Soundelux, includes among it's product lines the FMR gear, including the RNC stuff. Also includes some reissue vintage ribbon mics. Wonder which ones? The gear appears to be made in the USA.

But looking for a more affordable ribbon mic was how I got started on this line of thought......

Maybe that Beyer M130 and that Apex 210 dont look so bad after all! LOL!!
