Ha ha ha. Be honest now, oDD; did you read the other EQ thread in the Mixing/Mastering forum, or did you make the connection from the posts on this thread? ;) :D Doesn't matter, was just haing a little fun seeing how long it took for the connection to be made :).

Thank you, chester; glad it has helped you out. Let me ask you...other than oddball stuff like the contrabassoon :D, do you feel that the charts are actually helping you and your ear recognize what you're hearing a bit more, to the point where eventually a few months or years down the road, you feel you won't need the charts anymore? Ideally, that's how I'd like it to work...at least that was the idea.

That chart is without doubt the most useful chart I have ever seen posted on the internet.

I've been around long enough to know that there isn't a day that goes by that I don't read and learn something new.

You obviously have't seen the chart listing the secret turn-ons and fetishes, turn-offs, vacation schedule, addresses and phone numbers of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders yet. I believe it's somehwere on the Viagra website... :D
