So Ive changed over some mikes trying some new things out, I have a pair of Behringer C2's and a presonus firebox.
problem is that when I hook everything up I dont seem to get any signal when I use the C2's. I also have a shure 57 and this is for some reason only picking up the source from very short range but at least at short range it does indeed work.
So Im thinking Im having a problem with phantom power, the C2's being a condenser minke and all but Im not sure. Ive tried changing out the cable's even tried going through a friends Behringer1204 mixer but again, the C2 doesnt seem to give any signal.
Ive tried listening through headphones directly from the preamp and also piping it to my laptop sitll nothing seems to work....
any ideas out there?
