Is the a program for when I sing into my mic it can tell me which note Im singing back? Im having a big problem getting the notes for the chorus down for my song (so I can create harmonies).

Well, you could get a tuner or something, but... wouldn't it be easier to just buy a cheap keyboard? Or, for that matter, a score program that plays the note as you click on it?

but yes, singing along with a keyboard would be easier (as well as help you build your ear)....

I use Melodyne...so i detect the pitches used in a song. very easy and extremely helpful.

Your ears are a muscle that must be made stronger through exercise(ear training).

Playing a keyboard and singing the notes along with it is good exercise.
