FET & Tube for Mid-side?

Hello!

I was wondering if it matters that one LDC is a different circuitry when micing mid-side?

I have a Miktek c7 and just got a CV3 tube.

If you have experience doing a stereo mix this way, do you prefer the tube for the side address mic (room) ? Or the other way around.

I've always used a pair of FET mics in the past for M/S...and they worked well.
I would think with a mixture of mics, I would take the mic that is more sensitive and open sounding, and with better high-end capture, and use that for the side mic.
