extra long monitor cable...

Sup guys...yesterday, I scored a 32" LCD monitor...I just got done hanging it on the wall and realized that my monitor cable wont quite reach it. I thought about digging out another monitor cable to see if I could just connect 2 of them together but thought Id check to see if anyone else knows if that will work before I go into my HOT ass attic to look for a cable...

I've never tried hooking two together (one end is usually stuck in the monitor :confused:). I did buy a 20 ft. extension though and it works fine. It's a CRT monitor.
 
Im off to Radio Shack to see what I can scrounge up...

If your monitor has a hookup on it (verses the built-in cable), you could always make your own of custom length :D

Mogami monitor cable - because the audio will sound better if the quality of the cable transferring the digital video information to your monitor is clearer :p
 
connecting 2 monitor cables workes fine....And I didnt have to crawl into the attic to find one, which was cool...Ill have to post some pix of this monitor....Its actually a 32" flat panel TV that I found a KILLER deal on over the weekend....this thing is massive....
