Extra-custom shortcut

Ok. I know the basics of creating custom shortcuts through the preferences menu.

What if I want a shortcut that isn't represented in the options at all?

Specifically, I want to have a shortcut that navigates to file->recent project and then selects the 14th or 15th one on the list. My band uses Reaper in our live shows, and being able to load the next song on our setlist faster would be a great boon.

Any ideas?

The SWS extensions recently added a new "Live Config" mode to the docker. It might be of help.

If this is isn't what you're looking for, you might want to look search the REAPER forums for enabling PiP's (Project-in-Project mode) and/or coding a custom action in ReaScript.

Huh. I have never heard of that extension. I'll have to check it out.

(And if it's good, I'll have to pop on over to Madison and buy that guy a beer! )
