Yesterday I posted a thread on my problems with exporting a project from Sonar. Moskus and James Gave me some ideas. Here's what I found. When I open Sonar, that little box pops up and allows me to pick a recent project to work with. The projects are listed in the dropdown box. Some projects appear just as their name. (ex. " Billy's Balls") while others appear as a file path. (ex. C:/Program Files/Sonar/etc etc.... / Billy's Balls) The ones that appear as just the name export just dandy. The ones that appear as a file path lock up as soon as I try to export. I discovered that If I don't give a new project a name when I create it from that startup box I talked about , It will appear as one of those file path projects, with whatever name I gave it when I "save as". However, If I give it a name when first creating it from the startup box, it will appear with only it's name, no file path, and will export as it should.
All this is fine for any projects I start from here on out, but what about those old ones I started up "wrong"? Is there any way to change their names aside from jst "save as"? is any of this making any sense?

Does HS2002 fail to export when you do File -> Open too?

Okay... sorry, I messed up.

Does Sonar fail to export when you do File -> Open too? ;)

just gave it a shot. No luck. same deal.
Well the good news is I started over on the project I was working on, and it actually sounds better now. I still think it's weird, but At least I can prevent it in the future.
