He's an avowed socialist, just another hue from the same part of the spectrum. He’s not a communist.
Knowing what you know about Bernie, why would you want him in the White House? What about his platform appeals to you?I was a Bernie supporter.
Ah, so it looks like you think the Nazis were socialist. That’s hilarious. He's an avowed socialist, just another hue from the same part of the spectrum.

He's also a flaming hypocrite. Even leftist HuffPo has no use for him.
The Hypocrisy of Bernie Sanders' Income-Inequality Revolution
Despite the enviable veneer of altruism and selflessness, is Bernie Sanders just a typical politician who lies to his constituents, feeds them empty promises, all the while living the life of the kind of wealthy, privileged American he attempts to shame at every turn? Only time will tell.www.huffpost.com
Exactly. Out law firm followed every one of those cases. Attorney Thompson is a big Trump supporter. After the cases were filed, all the cases were abandoned by Trump's attorneys until the cases were thrown out.How was it known they were based on “nothing but lies” if they weren’t even heard?
The answer is none. A certain Lego Optimus Idiot that has been giving me shit on here doesn't realize we work for a Federal law firm. That means IRS. I pulled his IP, did a trace route, got his service provider to kick out his real name and addy. What number of those cases were even heard and went through the whole legal process?
I haven’t followed the cases closely as I don’t really have an interest, but.....
It seems like quite a few cases never even made it to the bench. I know one early on was filed on behalf of 20 some states was dismissed for lack of standing.
How do you ‘lose’ a case when no one is even willing to hear it?
I like and support Putin! Go Russia! F*ck the Ukraine! F*ck Biden, F*ck Trump! You dont like and oppose Putin as well don't you IBB?
But Crows they were. Back in those times that is what socialists were. It may be different to what you see socialism as today, but back then what they put forward to their people, the Germans as German socialism, was the socialism of the day and what the German people voted for to put them in power.Ah, so it looks like you think the Nazis were socialist. No, they weren’t. Not by the time Hitler was in power. But Crows they were. Back in those times that is what socialists were. When they got in power as every government appears to do, they did have a few issues which werent in their manifesto. But they were democratically elected and were socialist or German socialist.
The high up command used to eat at soup kitchens (food banks of the day) with the German poor. They did do a lot of good and introduce lots of socialist things into Germany which helped the German people and improved their lives.
Not interested mate. I am of an age where there were programs on the tv where they followed the the Germans from WW1 to the end of WW2 and even beyond. Back then it was very recent history to all of the older generation who lived and fought against them. I remember seeing all the old film footage of the Germans between the wars and what happened. Also to where it started to change. This was 'actual' and 'logged' not somebodies modern day interpretation of it or a bad Wiki explanation written by a biased person with a grudge. No, they weren’t. Not by the time Hitler was in power.
Does everyone just forgo reading that article I post from NBER?
Yeah, see the funny thing about your argument is that the publication date is from 1944, which completely negates your erroneous argument that the NBER article is a “modern interpretation” of socialism. Not interested mate. Documented film footage of those times all now locked away in vaults and any episodes of those programs which appeared briefly on YouTube when it first started, now mysteriously taken down and hidden away. One of my parents even born in Germany. So you can see why we watched that stuff often on our tv.
If there were as they ended up then they wouldn't have been so friendly with the Communists and even the Trotskyites who admired Hitler at that time. Germany wouldn't have been so powerful if it wasn't for the help of the Communists. So why would the Communists get into bed with a far right Nazi party, the opposite and arch enemy of themselves? Because they weren't seen back then as they are perceived today is why.
What you see as socialism is far removed from Carl Marx and also far removed to 1920's and 30's socialism.
I havent mentioned Bernie anybody. And The Nazi party was a socialist party. It is totally unbelievably well documented but hated and disputed by the left because of what happened.Yeah, see the funny thing about your argument is that the publication date is from 1944, which completely negates your erroneous argument that the NBER article is a “modern interpretation” of socialism.
Second, your point would mean that comparing Bernie to Nazis is also erroneous because he’s “far removed” from Socialism of that time.
Third, did we all forget that the U.S. had 94% tax rates and spent 40% of its GDP to military with economic levers to control prices and distribution for WWII?
Otto Nathan was not leftist. He, and by extension the NBER, said the Nazis weren’t socialist by the time Hitler came into power.I havent mentioned Bernie anybody. And The Nazi party was a socialist party. It is totally unbelievably well documented but hated and disputed by the left because of what happened.
What the hell is your point of America and tax in WW2?
When the world was allowed to find out what exactly was happening in WW2. Everyman and his dog distanced themselves from the German Nazi party and others.Otto Nathan was not leftist. He, and by extension the NBER, said the Nazis weren’t socialist by the time Hitler came into power.
I’m just saying that the U.S. did the many of the same things as post 1938 Germany during WWII.
The Nazis were socialist in the beginning, but they turned into something completely different. It wasnt “a few issues with their manifesto.”
I consider the goalposts moved.
Well, he fled Nazi Germany in 1933, so I assume he wasn’t. He saw what it was very clearly.I just looked at one such article by Otto. In the opening sentence he refers to the 'fascist victory' of I presume Nazi party winning the election. Strangely the 'fascist' party was not what there party was called and stood for then. Ottos doesnt appear to be a fan does he?
