is these speakers good? from some reviews it seems to be good, but i don't know anyone who use them.. i want it for my small studio.. i use a fast track pro..
 
I'd be really interested in some opinions too - i was looking to get some of these, but my friend recommended to fork out the extra $ for yamaha HS monitors. Would that be worth it? I mean to say, will the yamaha's be forever useful wheras the edirols will need an upgrade fairly soon, or will the yamahas just be a more expensive option that needs an upgrade?
Sorry for the hijack! Just i know how people hate it when others start up another thread that's basically the same!
 
These are 100watt lol..
I don't care about how loud they are.. cause you pay the watts in these i think..

i have a small home studio.. no big things..
i just looking for good low-price monitors.. not fckng quality..

why did you sold your ma-15? aren't you satisfied?
 
simple...the Alesis are worlds better. The Edirols tend to be a bit muddy. With the Alesis you get more detail. Even if they're 100 Watts, it doesn't mean you make them loud enough to bring the house down.....With mine, I rarely use more volume than at normal conversation level. I don't need loudness, I need clarity and detail. Check out the mixes I have in the mp3 clinic right now.
