Sluice,
About your original concern, the bass sounds fine to me and on my system but it is a bit on the "loud modern side" if that means anything to you. It could probably work well down 1.5db too and not be as borderline boomy as it sounds to me on my system. It's really an artistic decision.
The vocals, seeing as how you asked, were a little out there in spots. Probably a little more compression to tame the spill overs might be in order.
I was also thinking that the mic itself, may not be the best choice for your voice as it sounds almost as if you had to fight it with eq to get it to sit in the mix and a great mic shouldn't need too much "hamburger helper" if everything was ideal going in.
The distorted guitars are clouding the mix a bit too and blotting out the drums and fighting with your vocals for attention. If they were about 1.5db quieter, they would make more space for everything else and maybe even a pad or two to build the thickness of the sound while keeping it more intelligible over all.
The song itself;
What can I say? You are a modern musical genius. You really shouldn't be here but, I am damn glad that you are!

. You should be on your world tour somewhere making millions of dollars and laughing at all us saps trying to be 10% as original as you are.
I think I am going to now jump out the window and hurt myself.
good thing I live on the ground floor!
Cheers!
