first of all welfare recipients aren't stealing, the oppressed class is entitled to basic living necassities unless you want a much more violent society, which is actually in the pipeline.
Many people on welfare have jobs, but the corporations are evil and force the state to subsidize their workers food and housing so they can have a cheap labor force, welfare recips aren't the ones you should point a finger at, not at all, it's the corporations and the goons they have installed in public office to work for them not the people they supposedly represent.

For seconds, you've got it all the wrong way round. I do what it takes to get what I want too. I work my fucking ass off and get money of my own together to buy my stuff. That is what they call working towards a goal. I would say that is a more honorable and worthy way to 'do what it takes' than stealing.
I guess thats how you differentiate between people: Put 2 people together. One busted his ass working to earn the money to buy his gear, the other stole it all. Who do you respect more? I beleive that the answer one gives to that question somewhat defines the sort of person they are.

no it's not, no after they close, you be in and out in 2 minutes you're be fine, just scope it out before and, AND, if you aren't willing to investigate ways to penetrate the corporations security measures maybe you don't value your music as much as you should.
matter fact, you could grab an amp and run out the store to a waiting vehicle without being caught 9/10 if you can handle yourself and/or run fast enough...most employees aren't going to chase you they will just call the cops, most that will chase you can't fight and you knock once upside they had they will turn around and call the cops instead of chasing you, cops have a slow response time.

Also, I don't encourage stealing from small stores (unless they owner is a jerk) or if you steal from friends you are skumbag, mainly you should steal from the big corporatiosn of the world as they DO DESERVE IT, THEY DEFINETLY OVERPRICE THINGS AND FUK CORPORATIONS IN GENERAL THEY SHOULD BE OUTLAWED FOR THE PSYCHOTIC PRACTICES.

Besides none of the music shops in my area are corporations. They are small family owned businesses
And I don't think that the fact that I don't want to get involved in petty theft says anything about valuing my music. But I would say that if you need expensive gear so bad that you have to steal it, and you can't make anything good out of what you can afford, then maybe you don't make music as well as you should.

Hendrix stole his guitar, so go into a shop and steal your software, instead of being a pussy and downloading it. What you don't get though, is that there is perfectly capable FREE software, you don't need the expensive stuff. If someone was to give Hendrix a free guitar, I'm sure he'd prefer that to stealing one.

BTW, I am only referring to those who just don't want to work.
Those who can't work, those who are looking for work, those who actually need some kind of income support, I am more than happy to pay my taxes for, as I would hope to get the same help if I was in a similar situation. (Not that I did when I was but that's beside the point)
But as for the the leeches, the parasites, those who want a totally free ride. Let's just say that if I was any less of a mild mannered person, I'd be robbing them of their giro check when they get out of the post office on Wednesdays, and donating it to childrens hospitals.
