Umm...I guess you found inspiration from the line in the tune "pump it up a notch" :D .

At first I thought there was something wrong with my monitors/amp...I turned it up to hear it better then...OMG!!!!!

I'm looking forward to hearing your next version. ;)

Thanks man....I started the version to be real...but man, did I screw it up...so, why not take some artistic license. Gunnar can sue me for a beer.... :D

Hey Reggie nice work there. Good and loud. The kick hits pretty hard on a few beats, way down in the low range. Could use some control there to get it locked in with the bass.

My first shot is due shortly :)
 
have been on vacation all so, but will take a stab at this tonight (and possibly a slash)
can't wait to hear it.

Dat might be the bass bombs I was talking about. I put two in the song: one at 1:05 and one at 1:56 . I may be taking liberties with the song, but I thought that at least the second one was absolutely essential. :D

Actually, there were three of them in the original mix, but I accidently left them out.....I thought for a minute they were still there, just mixed lower, and you had brought them out! :D

hahaha that is too rich!!!! And I bet I know where the 3rd one would go....I almost put one at the end of the first chorus too.

Just have a full-volume listen to yours . . . the bomb is cool! No, that wasn't what I was talking about. Actually I have no idea was I was talking about, so nevermind.

I'm struggling with mine. I can't get all of the elements I want in balance. I didn't think this would be an MBC job, maybe I was wrong. Unfortunately I haven't ordered my second FlexiPak yet, so I am MBC-less at the moment :(

I may punt soon and just post the thing :(

Oh, I expect that. It's the "what was I thinking/hearing" part I hate. If I can't make something better, so be it. I'm just trying not to make it worse :o

I've never made anything sound Worse..... :eek:

This is actually hard to screw up, if you don't do much. The mix is good, and everything else is just a bit of spice.
 
lots of good submissions, it's one of thoes things.........
if you did bad, it's probably because you did to much.

(i kinda did a lot ;) )
 
i'm totally trying to get in on this, but neither of the links seem to be working - upon clicking both, i get a blank screen that pops up and does nothing
