disappointment in apple corp.

allow me to express my disappointment in the company apple. i just spent over an hr on the phone WAITING, being transfered from dept to dept. all i wanted to do is talk to a freakin human being!!! thats all. then my cell went dead before that even happened.

the above disappointment stemmed from being surprised by the ipod promo that expires today. i bought a new macbook pro about 2 weeks ago. i went online to look for a sweet bag to carry it around it. i was pleased to find the free ipod nano promo. as this is a product that i would not normally buy. so, i printed off the rebate form, read the rules enough to know that i could get 30gig video ipod and get a $179 dollar rebate. i thought, what the heck. when am i ever going to get a brand new ipod video for $120? i went for it. i went to fill out the online rebate form today, only to find out that you must purchase both products the same day from the same store. this sucks, as this didnt happen for me. :( i wish that info would have been more up front, instead of buried in the fine print. i feel suckered into buying something i would not have otherwise bought.

Sorry, I feel your pain.

I always hate it when I miss something important in the coupon instructions or something like that. Makes you feel like you got swindled or like an idiot.

Keep your head up and turn it into your iporn video. that should help you keep your head up. :D

Whinner. So you didn't qualify for the rebate, you waited on the phone for an hour trying to get special treatment and now you're mad at the manufacturer because....why?
