digitech tsr 12 patches

is anyone here familiar with building patches for the tsr 12? our vocalist needs a simulated telephone sound for a song but i cant seem to be able to program one. i have purchased a boss fc 50 so we can control vocal effects from the stage (many soundmen are not familiar with our songs and dont know where the effects are supposed to be ) there doesnt seem to be to much of a selection on this unit, so any help in the patch department would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Ive never used the digitech but if it has eq settings cut the lows and highs and give it lots of mids. This plus some mild distortion should give you some sort of a megaphone/telephone effect.
