Decent cheapish in-ear headphones

Hi guys. I'm looking for some headphones for general listenting that are also ok for light audio work. Something comfortable and no more than £50/$80. I've never used any decent in-ears before - all of them have sounded like crap. I'm not looking for anything amazing - just something that atleast plays some frequencies below 20kHz ;)

For headphones take a look at *more me* you can purchase them directly from Harvey Gerst Who post here all of the time just give him a PM.

For earbuds try scull candy.
