This does work. If you copy a fully installed Cubase from a windows 95 machine onto a 2000 machine, it will run fine. This is *NOT* supported by Steinberg.
You mean Cubasis VST can't work with Windows 2000??? Why in the world would that be?? So, I can't get a new computer(with Windows 2000) and use Cubasis..what do I do..what programs can you use on Windows 2000???
I may be wrong on this.. I had a version which wouldn't install on Win2K, but would work when copied, but apparently the version they released right after had support for win2K.. perhaps you should write Steinberg technical support and get an official answer.
