need help loop and sample library has disappeared

hello everybody, first of all sorry for my bad english, i am french. i use cubase 12 pro and recently in the right column, the loop and sample library has disappeared and i dont know how to get it back and my second question is that i downloaded a vst for the voice, how can i include it in cubase 12 pro
