I need some oppionons about which software is better.
I am looking for good software to record own songs and make guitar backing tracks with virtual drums and basses. Which of these softwares would be the better choice?

I'm a biased Cubase 6 user. I have not even heard of the other product discussed here. I say go with 6.

Looks like that Magix thing may be a bit more focused for your intent though I assume it will have it's limitations. Plus Cubase will take quite some time to learn. So I say go with Magix.

Music Maker is made by the same company (Magix) who makes Samplitude & Sequoia. I'm a loyal Samplitude 11 Pro user, and I think it rocks. But Music Maker is targeted more at the consumer market vs. the professional market, and it's geared more toward loop-based productions rather than multi-track recording. For example, I think you can only record one or two tracks simulatenously. My recommendation would be to download the free trial version from the Magix website, watch a few tutorial videos to help you get started, and give it a try to see if it suits your needs.
