ok so I'm not confused
you don't know me so let me introduce myself. I'm illsoulprod aka soulnb259 from HR.
1. I am no rookie to copyright or trademark infringement.
2. This is a mixtape track (the instrumental) from Jay-Z's flagship artist from Roc Nation J. Cole (maybe you heard of him peep his "lead single called WHO DAT"!)
3. If the Saint come after me then trust and believe they have more problems then a whose using our title track problem.
4. Oh and you may wanna look all that I posted up because if jay-z got the clearance and it's all good on his end my mixtape usage falls right under my creative license to do anything I want musically as long as I don't do it for monetary gain as my own work. It's for promotional use only so...
