I have the MR-8 and and i keep all my mixing, editing, mixdown, etc.. within the box.

As of now I'm not using any computer software to edit Tracks and I don't even know where to begin. It all seems so intimidating to me. I think the reason is becuase I haven't yet grasped the concept of computer editing. Where can I start? Are there any "begginer" programs out there for free download? Can someone guide me in the right direction.

PLEASE!!

Thanks,
Paul Karate

I use the MR8 to record and then use Power Tracks Pro software (from PG Music) on the PC for the mix process. There are many other good similar PC packages.

PT Pro can handle up to 48 tracks. I use USB to get tracks to and from the PC.

I record all dry on MR8 and use effects in the final mix process on PC.

We all love N-track Just one tip - download the manual and READ IT. It's very good - it will help you.

Use Fostex wav manager to import tracks from mr8 to pc and then mkix on your pc software. Good luck
