Didnt hear the tunes but you have convinced me.......
I'm dumping my Pro Tools rig and moving to n-track.

Piece of advice........ I'm not sure you're willing to hear it......

Lose the vocalist. If it's you singing: sorry.

I reminds me of Lost century. Same thing. Vocals are hopeless.

Your Music is very goog for me

I'm a spanish boy and I don't speak english very good, Sorry.
But I want to say That Your Team is very Good.I normaly listen metal and I think that your've posibles to be a Big Team.
Lucky!

Sounds good Rick, is that the free N-track? I tried to f*#@k with it once, I didn't spend too much time with it though. Vocals are hard to come by. Good job.

Are those drums canned (they sound it)?? If they're real they need work, if they aren't then you want to use better sounding samples....

Overall, the couple of songs I heard sound very "scooped" in the mids... like you used a smiley-face EQ curve on them....

You're on the right track, but I wouldn't use those songs as demonstrations of N-Track's quality -- it just isn't there yet.......

Sorry.......

Bruce

I find nothing wrong with vocals

Well I just listened to one tune and I find nothing wrong with the vocalist. Sounds good to me. Keep up the good work
TOMMY.. ..

this thread belongs in the "Im A Dumb-Fuck Ass Clown" Forum......

Maybe I'm imagining things, but wouldn't this whole discussion fit better in the mixing clinic forum? Wait, no, I'm not imagining things, it should be over there. This forum is for stuff about n-track, not just because you used it...

Of course, I'm no moderator so...ah whatever...

BTW, check out the n-track website to find examples of recordings done on the program.

I wont even bother to add that I used n-track to record "Slips through My Fingers at http://www.nowhereradio.com/artists/3/1437/singles.shtml
because that would just serve no purpose and would be shameless, and reprehensible and stuff.

Actually, I upgraded from n-track to Cubase and made some pretty snazzy recording with it! Just hit my website and you can hear how much better Cubase is than n-track. Of course, my recording skills improving over the past year have nothing to do with that...

And, by the way, if you like my songs please listen to them over and over so that my ratings on mp3.com can go up.

And, by the way, did I mention something about n-track yet so that I could post in this forum?

:D

Not to harp on ya, SittinIdol- but that's what this old thread looks like. Its been a while, though, hasn't it? I certainly can't fault you for responding to the folks who posted here and bumping it back up to the top. Er...well, 2 months IS a long time to post a reply, but...

Take care,
Chris

Very poetic gentlemen
It matches the bullshit email you wasted my time with sending me you no-talent-waste-of-space........

It's amazing how someone can break net ettiquette, record a less than perfect song, and get comments like the kind from Gidge and Blue Bear. Let the punishment fit the crime! In that spirit, to sittinidol I say: i really, really don't like your song, and I don't think it was appropriate to post this request to this forum.

To Gidge and Blue Bear: you guys are being assholes!

Pretty silly pronounce judgements like that without knowing the background, there CIS........

This knob asked for feedback, and so I posted... simply because he didn't like the fact that I wasn't impressed by his clip, he decided to waste my time with some rather rude email....

So no... if anyone is being an ass, it's this twit.
