Cedar Vs Waves

Has any worked with any of Cedar's restoration products? I'm wanting to know how it compares with Waves restoration. What I'm going to be restoring is some old LP's and tapes. I appreciate any kind of input that you may have.. Thanks!
 
Cedar is the top dog in restoration, but pretty expensive. I've never tried it, just know it by reputation. It's used a lot in the post production world.
Waves is alright...but I've never been 100% happy with it.

You might look at Soundsoap or Soundsoap Pro by Bias. Pretty decent results and affordable. However, it all depends on the original source.
