CD insert software/shareware?

I'm having trouble locating a program that will allow me to design/print my own CD covers and inserts (for liner notes, lyrics, etc.). Does anyone have experience with this? If so, any suggestions?

Achasse, I am a designer and I have done many CD covers. If you are interessted you can go to my site @ http://scarecrowdesigns.com

If you want to do it yourself I would suggest a graphic package like corel Draw or Illustrator rather than software that is specifically for cd covers.

At the moment I am doing the designing more as a hobby so do not worry about the price
 
I use the Neato software just for mix cds and the like that I burn at home. If you are wanting to design your own CD cover I agree with Helmut. Much better and more professional to do it with Photoshop and Illustrator or something comprobable.
