CD duplication services?

Anybody know of any good ones? When I record my band's CD, we probably won't want a huge run--maybe 300 copies at the most. Does anybody know of a good service to work through for this? We'd want some packaging, too--probably a two panel insert with full color.

The big cost with pressing CDs is setup and films. If you're going to do 300, you might as well spend the extra cash (maybe $300 more) to do 1000.
