Can you use Cool Edit for this?

Hey Rusty, that said MP2 not MP3... I dunno, I've never tried MP2 before.

Believe it or not...Yes MP2! The Pandora Korg 4 track produces and MP2 not an MP3 unlike most. I was able to figure out my problem on my own...I used Acoustica MP3 burning software.
