I am a newbie to the world of digital sound and music but I'm interested in purchasing a synth workstation to get started. I'm looking for something I can grow into rather then grow out of. Some of the workstations I've been considering are the Roland XP-60 or XP-80, the Korg M1 and the Alesis QS.6.
Any comments on these synths?, any other suggestions?, good places to buy?
