Ok you're right! but it always worked in 110, but now when I'll repair it, I'll must use it in 220 right?

I think you're maybe you're just confused a little and not sure about what happened.

If the PS was on 110 in your country...it would/should not work.
Switching to 220 would/should not hurt it, that's what it should have been and probably was.

There is the remote possibility that your PS had something miswired....and/or that the switching back-n-forth (especially if the PS was plugged in and on) is what really caused the problem.

Soo it's working now! the problem was the fuse, it came with one to replace, 0eur the repair, all this thing for nothing, thank you all very much!

I always thought xformers were there to protect fuses....

Just as a matter of interest, even though the problem has been solved (?????????)

Can you have a look at the power supply unit and it should have written on it somewhere the following:

INPUT VOLTAGE: xxxxxxxxxx
OUTPUT VOLTAGE: xxxxxxxx

Can you inform us as to exactly what is written to replace the "xxxxxx" above.

Requesting this information should have been asked very early in this posting, as it would have given everyone the exact information that was required and could have helped solve the problem much earlier.

Can I also suggest that you buy/borrow a glue gun or get some suitable gluing agent (epoxy glue, hard as nails, etc) and glue the switch so that it can not be moved. BUT before you do this answer the question above. Also look at some other equipment you have in the house or a light globe box or ask a hardware store or something and LEARN what the voltage is in your area. IF YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOUR SUPPLY VOLTAGE IS then do not buy any other equipment, because you could easily have a financial disaster on your hands, especially if you buy through eBay or similar.

David

For future reference: can you put some duct or gaffer tape over the 110/200 switch so it never happens again?
