Tape Wolf
With the unhappy news about MRL shutting up shop, I ordered a spare calibration tape from AnalogTapes.
When it arrived, it came with a flyer saying that they were official distributors for MRL, ATR, RTM and ...Burlington?

That's a new one on me. Doing a search just now, there are claims it's rebranded Capture tape. Seems to be available in 1/4" and 1/2" formats.
Has anyone heard of it before?

There's a thread or two at Tapeheads.net that claim Burlington tape is re-branded Capture and confirmed from a user who says he's the owner of Splicit. no reason to doubt that. Burlington doesn't have published (or didn't last time i checked) spec sheets for their inhouse brand tape which seems a little strange.

Burlington has two product lines , Professional and Master. Both come in 1.0 and 1.5 Mil, and they have spec sheets. Capture comes in 1.0 and 1.5 Mil also but they only sell one formula. There is a misrepresentation that Burlington is Capture but this is not the case. Burlington sells many product lines including RTM and CMC Magnetics, but not Capture. Capture sells tape they buy from a factory, they are not manufacturers.

I think they only had the one line at the time of asking. Still, this is interesting to know.
