EDIT: I need to re-think about selling all my stuff. Give me a few days, I really need to think this through. This is ALL MY RECORDING STUFF besides my recorder that is all of a sudden working again.....So for right now, all sales are off. If I still want to sell them, I'll say so in a few days. Hope you understand.

Hey, I've got some stuff I'm selling off. I was originally going to put them on ebay, but they're such a rip-off with their ending fees! If you feel more comfortable doing this on ebay, I'll put up whatever you want to buy and send you a link and you can buy it now, I just ask that you pay a couple bucks extra for the ending fee. If you're comfortable doing it here, then that's great! I've got over 500 posts now, I come here everyday. So here we are:

703 rigid fiberglass insulation with breathable cloth and cardboard backing! I picked cardboard for it's flexability and light weight. I don't see HOW people mount wood on these things. Anyways, they are ready to go, and even be hanged! NOTE: There are 3 more of these not in the picture, and not covered!! There are 3 MORE than in the pictures! Total sq ft: 104. Panels: 13, 2'x'4 each!

PRICE: 119 bucks! PM me with zip for a shipping estimate.

DMP3 mic preamp! This thing wasn't used much, as you can see in the pictures. I'd say 6 hours or so. Works and looks excellent! Comes with original box, manual, warranty and power adapter!

PRICE: $129, FREE SHIPPING! Seing that these brand new are $160 plus shipping, I think this is a pretty sweet deal!

All pictures are of the actaul thing for sale, and took them myself. All things for sale have been in my home studio, none have seen the road. PM me with any questions! Paypal is the best way to pay. NO "MONEY GRAMS" or "WESTERN UNION MONEY ORDERS!" I've delt with those kind of scams before. Money orders are cool, but will be checked for fraud before I send out your item. Cheers!

nice, that adk looks tempting to get from you, but what camera did you take those with cause damn! thats quality.

INCREDIBLE picts anti! Would love to see your Otari (on the Analog forum) get the same hi-resolution treatment! :D Seriously, those are some serious ass photos that sell on their own! :)

Btw, now I see how to make up some insulation panels. Thanks. ;)

haha thanks man, the camera is only 3.2 megapixles too! My otari is being quite moody right now actaully......

Many of my picts from the Analog forum were done with a 1 mp camera! It's all technique! :D ;)

I highly doubt that......for now since it isn't working and I'm really really anxious to record, I'm going to record some songs in a studio in San Fransisco. A very nice small studio for VERY affordable rates (25 bucks per hour!) and they have great stuff like a trident board and adk 414's and neuman mics etc etc..... I've got some money saved up and think it'll be a good expirience.

Sweet stuff. are you willing to ship to Canada?

sure thing, but I'd ask that you pay for half the shipping fees. Is that cool?

I'm interested in the DBX 266. really am.

P.S. is the ADK hamburg better sounding than the AT3035?

This post should be stickied for how to take photos...wow! Nice job....any tips? Also, on the insulation, is that price for all the panels , not including shipping? Did you go with a different method of sound control? How do these compare with the stereotypical eggcrate foam, etc. Thanks!

Shipping is not included. I need to find a box for this thing and go to usps to get an estimate ready for people that want one.....I'm selling off some of my stuff because I'm planning to record in a small VERY affordable studio in SF. Haha thanks for the picture complements. Actaully, all I did was get in good light, put a white cardboard underneath the object, and turn OFF the flash. Flash KILLS good pictures.

I don't know about the eggcrate foam THAT much, since I've never even bothered with it. I've heard 703 works better at absorbtion, and also absorbs mids decently.

Sweet, the dbx is still up for grabs.

And yes, the ADK is much warm sounding and smooth I personally think. I used to have an at3035. It's decent for it's price I guess.

Thanks. In doing some searching on the forum, it looks like this comes in 1" & 2" panels. By the pics, I'm guessing these are 1" thick?

Anti: I was beginning to worry about you selling all this great stuff. I thought, perhaps naively, that it was all duplicates or whatever but selling off most of your recording stuff ?!?! ... Naaa, I though. Personally I wouldn't do it. The next thing you know you'll be getting rid of your Otari and will regret it. This is the sequence of events I've seen before, many times. Go to the studio but don't sell off your stuff before hand! Schedule a couple of lengthy sessions and then figure it out. I have a strong feeling you may regret your desission, to sell, down the road. :(

exactly, that's what I was thinking. I'll most likely regret it later.....I was trying to record with the otari yesterday, and track 2 wasn't working, and I heard static in the background.....but now track 2 is working, and I think I may have solved the static thing......Crazy how the tides can turn so quickly!

Congrats on getting things back up and running! I got to looking and there's a vendor in town that carries 703. Can I ask what material you covered yours with? Just curious, what Otari are you using? Thanks!
