building a studio mixing desk

hey out there!! would anyone out here happen to have some fairly decent, and fairly economical plans for building a studio mixing desk?? i'm not too bad with a hammer, and nails, and would rather try it myself than to go broke buying a piece of furniture!!! thanks!

I don't think they're offended by your, what looks to be, pretty decent woodworking skills, it's just a little annoying seeing your advertisements in almost every thread I've read today, even the ones that have nothing to do with customized studio furniture.
