Budget of 10-15K What would you get?

I'm thinking about buying a studio. Just wanted to throw the question out there, what would you get? My goal is for a semi-pro type of studio setup. Mics, preamps, EFX, Midi controller, Virtual Instruments? I"m definately going to get the Apple Mac Pro. Let me know your thoughts.

The first thing you should consider is your microphone collection, you'll need a vast array of mics to capture the sounds you want and each mic has a purpose for different instruments and different vocals. This could easily cost 5k to 10k depending on how serious you are.
