Budget Monitors - Yamaha HS5 or Adam Audio T5V?

I am in the market for budget monitors for my apartment recording space. I am recording instrumental music, not electronic. I've narrowed it down to these options. What would you guys choose? I don't plan to buy a sub right now, but maybe down the line if it's needed.
