Broken V67 adapter, help please

Hello guys. First of all, please forgive my ignorance of the names of pieces I'm going to refer to.

Yesterday I broke the mic stand adapter of my Marshall V67. The screw got broken in the middle and got stucked in the metal part. We call them "butterfly screws" over here. Anyways, it got stucked and i don't know how to remove it. Is there a way, and is it easy to find a replacement.
I am attaching a picture so you know better what I mean.
And do you know if I can get replacements and where? I can't find them in Marshall's page.
Thanks for the help, Andrés

Why not take this as a sign from God that you should go buy a shockmount? :D
There are several generic shockmounts on eBay and from other sources that'll work for the V67.

Yeah, God always give me these signs, I hope he'll give me some cash also.

I'm gonna buy one, but the adapter is kinda cool, I like it too.
