BR-8 Volume output

whenever i use the br-8 program to convert tracks to wav files on my computer, the volume of the tracks are always too low. they sound fine on the br-8, but the output is just too low when i convert them to wav's. ive tried to record tracks with a hotter signal, but it doesnt help. the track just ends up clipping. this happens with anything i record... from guitar to vocals. could someone possibly help me with this. id appreciate it. thanks.

Double check windows mixer input levels

Double check your programs input levels/meter
